My Career so far...
I have had the pleasure of working in the public sector, private sector and the charity sector.
Each of the sectors have their own challanges but from each sector, each role , every manager and every colleague I have worked with I have been lucky enough to learn something.
These experiences have provided me with the tools to develop myself as a solution driven expert in quality assurance.
I have experience in internal quality assurance, currciulum development & design, coaching & mentoring trainee tutors, assessors and IQA's.
I have managed quality in teaching and learning and supported staff in various capacities.
I have been awarded Tutor of the Year for Early Years, graded outstanding in my teaching practice by Ofsted alongside being an Ofsted nominee.

Internal Quality Assurance Manager for Childcare & Education

Managed a team of coaches delivering apprenticeships in Childcare, Teaching Assistant, TAQA and Business Administration qualifications both as framework and standards.

Responsible for managing EQA visits, reports and feedback, obtaining DCS within first six months of employment. Throughout my career I have 99% success rate at gaining DCS in Early years qualifications where I am the IQA.

Successfully supported the transition of staff and learners during a company takeover including transfer of learning platforms and allocation of suitable coaches.

Created and delivered standardisation activities alongside training to support teaching, assessment and delivery.

Monitored and maintained data analysis to support KPI's, liaising with Quality Director.

Responsible for implementing an observation timetable including a robust learning walk and peer on peer observation startegy to support development. In 12 months 65% of teaching staff increased from Ofsted no grade/Grade 3 to Grade 1 and 2.

Implemented a quality improvement schedule focusing on supporting Ofsted Good practice, meet requirements of Awarding bodies and outstanding teaching standards.

Developed from Childcare tutor and assessor to IQA in under three years.

Designed and delivered teacher training levels 3-5 and TAQA Level 3-4 qualifications internally and externally, including creating a bespoke training programme that generated £18k into the college.
